Isabel Marant offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return items purchased online within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure the pre-paid return label provided with your order is securely attached to the outside.
Schedule a Pickup
Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience or drop off the package at an authorized shipping point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
